I wander to create portraits of my personal experiences with foreign environment: I am interested in approaching space like an investigator would and often consider my photographs to be research. Paired to form camaraderie, these are portraits not of place and not of objects, but of experience and interaction. The photographs are the results of small experiments: I collect these souvenirs while I am living as a wander, without the ability to make decisions about place.

These photographs investigate the relativity of residence and the necessity for change. They directly address a perpetual search for home identity, as well as the parts of life that demonstrate stability. They speak of the essence of wandering and newness, what it means to be in search of. They represent anticipation and depict stillness, questioning an internal need for a physical representation of a home space.
